She firmly believes people perform at their best when they feel supported, and her life experience allows her to understand different personalities and situations with empathy and perspective.

As a Manager, Sarah’s approach is grounded in process and consistency. She works with empathy while reinforcing that systems exist for a reason and that success follows when the process is trusted. She is patient, clear, and committed, happily reinforcing key messages as many times as needed to ensure the team achieves the best outcome.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time in nature and with friends and family, maintaining the balance that allows her to show up fully for her team each day.
