The approach to the design was to create dwellings that responded to the elegance of the architecture and its surrounds, providing calm spaces to live, work, entertain and most importantly enjoy.

Fusing Japanese and European aesthetics, Mira boasts a unique, tasteful style. From the outside looking in, seductive curves soften the clean lines, with the reflective shimmer of light on glass, adding depth to the facade. From within, the floor-to-ceiling windows bring light and greenery inside, opening up a vast sense of space in every residence while creating a connection to nature.

A seamless interaction between the apartments’ indoor areas and generous private terraces and gardens enhances the sense of space and makes entertaining an effortless experience.

With Mira framed by lush greenery, maximum visibility of the surrounding landscape was paramount, with expanses of glass used to harness views and draw light deep within the interiors.

Central to Clutch’s design philosophy is going beyond industry standards to deliver generous spaces and storage throughout all residences, from outdoor entertaining to bedrooms and walk-in laundries.

Large natural stone island benches create a focal point in the beautifully designed kitchens, providing ample space for casual meals, while hidden bar areas are perfect for entertaining.
